Shlomo is the CEO of Ambitions ABA, his mission is to ensure every child with autism is given all of the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Yitz Diena is the founder of Ambitions ABA. He's dedicated to helping families with children on the spectrum get the care they deserve.

Originally from Los Angeles, California, Aliza Jaffe brings her compassionate spirit and over 4 years of experience to her role as the Office Manager at Ambitions ABA.

Meghan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has been in the field of ABA for over 15 years.

Beth is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has been working in the field for 10 years, supporting children and families in need.

Monica has 6+ years of ABA experience, an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis, and is passionate about helping children through play-based, compassionate care.

Isaac is an BT with over 4 years of experience working with children on the spectrum! Isaac has worked with kids with ranges from 2-13 years old across different settings such as home to school to help further their independence.

Lauren is a BCBA with seven years of experience. Before becoming a BCBA, she worked as a special education teacher for elementary and middle school students. In her role as a BCBA, she has provided services in clinic, home, and school settings.

Eliza is a Behavioral Technician (BT) with extensive experience working with children, having worked Girl Scout camps for over a decade.

Aparna, an experienced RBT, specializes in Autism, working with children aged 2-15. Loyola Chicago sociology grad, MBA from Dominican University.

Abbey, a passionate BT, has gained valuable experience as a nanny and tutor, developing a strong ability to nurture children's growth and learning.

Liam Madden has worked with children for over ten years, including two and a half years as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Audrey Barton graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Learning in 2021.

Ilma Helvida has worked in pediatric healthcare for 2 years prior to becoming an RBT. Working with children has become a passion of hers, along with building trusting and meaningful relationships with families.

Bailey currently studying Counseling Psychology and have a strong passion for supporting children’s emotional and mental well-being. She gained valuable experience working in schools and as a camp counselor, where she had the opportunity to connect with kids.

Alex has been in ABA for four years! She holds a BA in psychology and will soon be pursuing her MA in ABA to become a BCBA. She absolutely loves the kids she’s worked with over the years and wouldn’t change a thing about any of them.
